 Digital tools should be a bridge, not a barrier. As an experienced Digital Literacy Instructor and Content Developer, Berta has spent her career helping people in business, education, healthcare, and community settings feel at home in the digital world.

Berta’s approach is simple: break down the "complex" into clear, manageable steps. Whether she’s working with students, seniors, newcomers to Canada, or busy professionals, her goal is to ensure everyone feels confident navigating the tools they need for daily life and work. With extensive experience in compliance and accessibility, she doesn’t just teach people how to use software; she helps them do it safely and effectively.

Every CanAP session is created from our own professional experience in digital literacy, accessibility, and operational systems. We don’t rely on standardized textbooks or generic templates because real learning isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all.

Your lessons are shaped around your goals, your comfort level, and the real‑world skills you need to feel confident and capable in today’s digital world.

We often remind learners, “You don’t know what you don’t know.”  Our role is to guide you through that gap with patience, clarity, and encouragement  helping you uncover skills you didn’t even realize you were ready to learn.
