Berta’s approach is simple: break down the "complex" into clear, manageable steps. Whether she’s working with seniors, newcomers to Canada, or busy professionals, her goal is to ensure everyone feels confident navigating the tools they need for daily life and work. With extensive experience in compliance and accessibility, she doesn’t just teach people how to use software, she helps them do it safely and effectively.
